Welcome to the David Bindrup Law Firm.  Thank you for taking the time to consider us for your estate planning, business planning, asset protection and probate needs.

I founded the David Bindrup Law Firm because I had a desire to provide my clients with the highest level of service and expertise in the areas of estate planning, business planning, asset protection and probate.

While most attorneys fall into their practice areas, I have always wanted to be an estate planning attorney.  As I completed my education and considered job opportunities, I
carefully planned to best ensure that I would be as prepared as possible to provide my future clients with the very best estate planning, business planning, asset protection and probate services in the Las Vegas area.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada – I am proud to be a third generation Las Vegan!  Following graduation from Green Valley High School, I began my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

After a two-year service mission in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, I returned to BYU and studied Accounting at the Marriott Business School (ranked #2 in the nation at the time).  I chose to major in Accounting because I knew a strong accounting and tax background would
help me better evaluate clients’ assets as they considered their estate planning, business planning and asset protection options.

While at BYU, I was recruited by Ernst & Young, one of the top four accounting firms in the nation, and began working in Ernst & Young’s Orange County office following graduation.  At Ernst & Young, I gained invaluable experience auditing Fortune 500 companies and was on the fast-track to making Partner.  However, my goal remained the same: to become an
estate planning attorney.  I knew the skills I learned at Ernst & Young would one day help me advise my clients based on the diverse business experience I gained there.

I sat for and passed the CPA exam so that I could provide my future clients with a well-rounded understanding of the many tax and accounting implications surrounding estate planning, business planning, asset protection https://xjobs.org/ and probate.  I then attended law school, where I focused my studies on estate planning and tax.  I participated in an Estate Planning clinic which provided complimentary estate planning services to low-income clients, where I began preparing documents and advising clients.

Following my cum laude graduation from law school, I completed a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation where again I focused my studies on Estate Planning, Business Planning and Asset Protection.

As I worked for a couple of the largest estate planning law firms in town, I realized that I wanted to bring my unique background, education and experience to my clients in an unprecedented way– by making sure only attorneys meet with clients to discuss their estate planning, only attorneys (not paralegals) draft the clients’ estate planning documents and only attorneys explain, review and sign clients’ estate plans with them.  By keeping this focus on our clients, we’ve been able to educate clients in a way that no other firm in Southern Nevada can even approach.

Not only that, but we also spend countless hours every year teaching other attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and real estate agents through National Business Institute seminars (both locally and nationally) and the Nevada Real Estate Division.  We are committed to making sure every individual who comes into our firm leaves with a firm foundation of knowledge in our practice areas that they can then apply to their own individual circumstances.

The bottom line is this:  David Bindrup Law Firm is not only well qualified and well educated in the areas of estate planning, business planning, asset protection and probate, but it also has the hands-on experience and commitment to excellence that ensures you will get the very best service and advice.
